Jeff Jinnett is a 20-year veteran and former Partner of the international law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP (now Dewey & LeBoeuf). A graduate of Harvard College and Cornell Law School, he also was a DAAD Fellow at the University of Heidelberg in Germany. Mr. Jinnett is a member of the bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice before the U. S. Supreme Court and other U. S. federal courts. Mr. Jinnett is a published author with the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) and the Cutter Consortium. He has spoken at numerous industry conferences over the past 12 years, including conferences sponsored by the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Risk Management Association, ARMA, AIIM, the Institute of Internal Auditors, the American Bankers Association, ACORD, SIFMA and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), among others. Mr. Jinnett has testified on three occasions as an expert before committees of the U. S. Senate on issues relating to the intersection of law and technology, including before the U. S. Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee and the U. S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary.  Mr. Jinnett is accredited as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is a member of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SSCE).
